I want to to get it bad
I’ll stick to my convictions
So very sorry that
This place is not what it seems
You want your money back
Well I don’t your blame your vision
Its such a no mans land
Want here to feel like home
You’re not alone
Don’t drink alone
Don’t drink alone
make a new intellectual statement
get you out of your Pabst soaked diy basement
You go outside
See the news feelin
All of this trepidation
collectively we’re a wrecking crew
As it would seem
No ones messin around with anyone on my team
We’re such a force of nature
So much we haven’t seen
We hope for information
It won’t be guaranteed
You wanna get it bad
you’ll stick to your convictions
So very sorry that
This place is just like it seems
I want my money back
I hope you share my vision
This is a no mans land
It really feels like home
You’re so alone
It’s little known
When you’re at home
You drink alone
You’re so needy
get a hold yourself
We’re gonna go and get silly
With everyone else
Please assimilate kindly with everyone else
We’re gonna go and get crazy with everyone else
And I don’t know if we’ll end up back
But we’re sure as hell gonna see it through oh yeah.
collectively we’re a wrecking crew
As it would seem
No ones messin around with anyone on my team
We’re such a force of nature
So much we haven’t seen
We hope for information
It won’t be guaranteed
This is technically a double album, though you might not realize it at first. The first five tracks are the score to the narration of “Roses of War (730-731 AT)” as narrated by Christopher Robert Andreasen. The score itself is dark and moody, punctuating the heavy emotions of wartime. I strongly recommend listening to each half of those album separately to truly appreciate each presentation to its fullest, as both are truly fascinating. Kirk Gauthier
If someone told me Bob Rock produced this album I would believe them. A wonderfully rich sound, with so many College Rock and Americana influences I won’t even begin. Great lyrics, great production, great sound. The album closer is epic too Joe A buys records
US Raw Black Metal. All the other comments say it better than me, particularly nofatclips! This is indeed the soundtrack to a movie I'd love to watch! What a fun album this is, I shall be digging through the discog. soon! No faves & highly recommended!!! bmurator
Tamar Berk pairs trenchant autobiographical lyrics with brittle guitars for songs that will win over fans of early Liz Phair. Bandcamp New & Notable May 8, 2022
